New orders placed
Willian UK have completed more Powerleague builds, including: Leeds (new build, £2.5 million, 22 weeks), Leeds (modular, £.75 million, 4 weeks).
Complete revamp at the Swan Hotel
May 2010 - Willian UK recently completed a £4.5 million insurance (GAB Robins) refurbishment following the serious flooding of the Swan Hotel, Cumbria.
New Director/Partner
Ricky Lee is now been made a Director/Partner at Willian UK.
Another hot celeb housed by Willian UK
Willian UK recently handed over the keys on a new £1m+ building project in the North West to its new owner. Unfortunately due to non disclosure agreements we can't divulge who the client was, but we can say that they were very pleased with their new home. Working alongside Neil Collins from NCH Architects, Willian UK produced a pure one-off house of sheer opulence. Ricky Lee, Contracts Manager at Willian UK who Managed the 11 month project said: 'this was a completely unique build, using all of our expertise to complete the project on time and budget. One of my biggest achievements on the build was saving over £20k by casting the centrepiece staircase in situ on site. A real stress, but the results were really worth it.'

Willian UK have been announced as the construction partner to Powerleague, the UK's Market leader in 5-a-side football, currently with 43 centres nationwide. 'This is a fantastic partnership for us and Powerleague, with more sites planned, Powerleague is going from strength to strength. New Re-fit and branding contract
Powerleague buy ex JJB Soccerdomes including Europes largest, based at Trafford in Manchester, and Willian UK have been appointed to carry out all the re-fit and re-brand work.
