The Swan Story - Back On Track - The Refurbishment

This project involved a major refurbishment of a four star hotel in the Lake District. The challenge Willian UK undertook was to complete works on two restaurants (170 covers), two bars and three function/conference rooms within eight weeks whilst causing minimum disruption to allow the hotel to continue trading. This was achieved by detailed project management to successfully phase the works, including coordinating all subcontractors and client direct suppliers. The Swan HotelThe finished product is a modern contemporary look using specialist glass, bespoke joinery and innovative lighting.
