The Swan Story
This project involved a major refurbishment of the four star Swan Hotel in the Lake District. The challenge Willian UK undertook was to complete works on two restaurants (170 covers), two bars and three function/conference rooms within sixteen weeks as the hotel had to cease trading - so the goal was to get the hotel re-opened as soon as possible. This was achieved by detailed project management to successfully phase the works, 
including coordinating all subcontractors and client direct suppliers. The finished product is a modern contemporary look using specialist glass, bespoke joinery and innovative lighting.
